WAO Genmaicha pairs beautifully with brown sugar boba, oat milk, and lightly sweetened drinks. Customers love the comforting, slightly savory flavor profile. Use it for genmaicha milk tea, hojicha-style lattes, or as a clean iced tea base.

Flavor profile: Full body, light nutty and roasted rice notes, sweet aftertaste, warm rice aroma.

How to use:

• Hot milk tea: 8g per 12oz, steep 4 min at 195°F, finish with oat milk + light brown sugar syrup
• Iced base: Cold brew 12 hours, 1:50 ratio, serve straight or with milk
• Boba application: Pairs especially well with brown sugar tapioca pearls
