WAO Ceremonial Oolong Matcha

A modern take on matcha — the only ceremonial-grade oolong matcha on the market. We apply the traditional Japanese stone-grinding process to our fine Vietnamese oolong instead of green tea. The result: a matcha that's smoother, less bitter, and easier to work with on a café menu.

If your customers ask for matcha but find the grassy bitterness off-putting, this is the upgrade. Pairs especially well with oat milk, honey, and brown sugar — and unlike green matcha, it doesn't clump as quickly.

How to use:

• Oolong matcha latte: 1.5 tsp per 12oz, whisk with 2oz hot water, top with steamed oat milk + light honey
• Iced oolong matcha: 1.5 tsp, whisk with 2oz hot water, pour over ice, top with cold oat milk
• Matcha boba: Pairs perfectly with brown sugar tapioca pearls

Flavor profile: Smooth, floral, honey-like sweetness, none of the grassy bitterness of green matcha.
