WAO Jasmine Oolong Tea

A signature jasmine oolong — built for menus that want something distinctive. We combine our curled oolong tea with natural jasmine flower extract to create a layered, full-bodied cup with floral aroma and a smooth, sweet finish.

This is the tea for cafés that want a jasmine option more refined than jasmine green — the body and complexity of oolong with the floral lift of jasmine.

How to use:

• Jasmine oolong milk tea: 9g per 16oz, steep 5 min at 195°F, finish with whole milk + honey or simple syrup
• Hot service: 5g per 8oz, steep 3 min at 195°F
• Iced fruit tea: Cold brew 10 hours, pairs especially well with peach and lychee syrups

Flavor profile: Full body, layered floral aroma, smooth honey-like finish.
