If you're running an oolong milk tea or a roasted oolong latte program, this is the base most café owners come back for. The roast notes survive milk, ice, and brown sugar without getting lost.

How to use:

• Roasted oolong milk tea: 9g per 16oz, steep 5 min at 200°F, finish with oat or whole milk + brown sugar
• Hojicha-style latte alternative: Brew strong (12g per 12oz), top with steamed milk
• Iced service: Cold brew 10 hours, 1:50 ratio
