If you're running a Hong Kong-style milk tea, classic black milk tea, Thai tea base, or any milk-forward boba drink, this is the tea most café owners settle on. Color holds, flavor doesn't get washed out by milk or ice.

How to use:

• Classic black milk tea: 12g per 16oz, steep 5 min at 205°F, finish with whole milk + simple syrup
• HK-style milk tea: Brew strong (15g per 12oz), strain through fine mesh, finish with evaporated milk
• Iced black tea: Cold brew 8 hours, 1:50 ratio

Flavor profile: Full body, rich malty notes, smooth sweet finish.
